The seam welding machine features a vertical industrial configuration, with the main welding assembly positioned in the upper and central section of the frame and driven by a pneumatic actuator. Two copper electrode wheels form the core welding area and work together with the lower workpiece support and transmission structure to create a dedicated welding unit. An independent side-mounted control cabinet provides centralized electrical and operational control. The lower section is built on a wide steel base and incorporates a stainless steel water tray, separating the welding, control and cooling functions within the overall machine structure. This configuration is suitable not only for standard stainless steel ducts but also for formed tubular components requiring circumferential seam welding at a dedicated workstation.
