1. The host frame has excellent rigidity and long-term operation without deformation: The host frame is made of high-quality steel plate welding or integral casting structure, which has undergone strict aging treatment and stress relief technology, and has extremely high static rigidity and dynamic impact resistance. Wear resistant design of welding electrodes and clamping components, extending replacement cycle: The electrodes are made of high conductivity and high wear resistant copper alloy materials, and the key contact surfaces of the clamping mechanism are hardened to have excellent wear and arc erosion resistance, maintaining good contact under frequent welding conditions and significantly extending the electrode replacement cycle.
4. Standardized layout of the water and gas circuit system, convenient for heat dissipation and maintenance: The internal water and gas circuit system of the equipment adopts a partitioned layout, and the cooling water circuit effectively cools down the heating components such as transformers, electrodes, and secondary circuits.
