The flash butt welding machine is specially designed for saw blade butt welding scenarios and integrates the core functional modules required for flash butt welding. The host frame provides stable structural support, the pneumatic transmission mechanism achieves clamping and forging actions, the welding transformer and secondary circuit cooperate to output welding energy, and the welding controller ensures precise coordination between flashing and forging processes. The human-computer interaction interface is simple and intuitive, with clear operation logic: equipped with a high-definition touch screen or button type operation panel, the interface adopts a combination of graphical and digital methods, and welding parameters, equipment status, and alarm information are clear at a glance. The operation hierarchy is simple, and common operations can be completed without the need to read complex instructions.

Multiple sets of parameter storage and fast calling greatly improve the efficiency of changeover: The controller has built-in storage space for multiple sets of parameters, which can save the welding parameters of different specifications of saw blades in the form of numbers or names. When changing the type, only one click is needed to call, without resetting, effectively shortening the equipment adjustment time and reducing the risk of misoperation.
3. Real time display of key parameters, with full visibility of the welding process: During the welding process, the interface can dynamically display key parameters such as current welding current, air pressure value, flash time, and forging time, making it easy for operators and quality inspectors to monitor the welding status in real time and detect abnormal fluctuations in a timely manner.
4. The fault diagnosis and prompt functions are complete, and the maintenance efficiency is significantly improved: the equipment has self diagnostic function.
